I wouldn’t suggest anything that requires a lot of face makeup, like a clown or something because his facial hair is going to make it go on chunky and uneven. If anything he should stick just to doing something on his eyes or lips.
But you can completely ignore all of this if he wants to be a really bad transvestite for Halloween. Cake on the eyeshadow and the lipstick, keep the goatee, slap on a dress and he’s ready to go! Good luck!
