You could wear white tights, a long sleeved t shirt and a green tank dress. Pin a white m on and add white gloves and green flats or heels. For your husband, he can wear jeans, and a red t shirt with an m pinned on and white gloves. Red tennis shoes to finish it off and you are set.

But do it so that you’re almost poking fun at each other.
Maybe give him some heels, or a large pair of extremely feminine panties to leave showing over pants somehow?
Just get wigs like each others hair, and maybe give yourself some facial hair if he has any.
Then try to act like each other all night.
